SYDNEY: Sydney overcome Indian by 31 works in the first of two Twenty20 internationals at the Quotes Olympic arena on Thursday.


Australia obtained 171 for four and limited Indian to 140 for six.


Man-of-the-match Matthew Go top obtained with 72 off 43 paintballs in Australia's innings and Indian did not restore after slipping to 81 for six in the 14 over.


India leader M.S. Dhoni top obtained for his area with an unbeaten 48 while Dan Religious and Mark Hussey took two wickets each.
