iPhone is going to have dual core processor the variant of one which is currently in use in iPad2 i.e. A5 processor.
Nexus 4G is also expected to have dual core processor ticking at clock speed of 1.2 to 1.6 GHz

Both Sets will have memory of around 1Gb.
Display:
Nexus 4G will arrive with 720 HD display (along with front and rare camera of 1mp and 5mp respectively). Where as it has been reviled that iPhone 5 will have 4 inch LCD
Operating System:
Nexus 4G will be shipped with Android (Ice Cream Sandwich) where as iPhone 5 will use iOS 5. The battle at OS is going to be most fearsome of all times.
